42AI comes out of stealth with $62.5M and a world model that can ‘predict human behavior’

Israeli startup 42AI has emerged from stealth mode with $62.5 million in seed funding to deploy a behavioral world model capable of predicting human decision-making probabilities. The company claims its system can anticipate how traders will react to volatile market conditions by analyzing psychological tendencies rather than just historical actions. By examining interactions such as support calls and onboarding processes, the model constructs mathematical representations of individual traits to forecast future behavior. Currently, 42AI is working with ten large brokerages to help manage liquidity and hedging exposure, reporting significant revenue generation for clients. While the founders highlight high accuracy metrics in trading direction predictions, they acknowledge limitations regarding situational context and data access. The funding was provided by the founders and Infinity Group, led by CEO Amit Gal-Or’s father, with plans to raise additional capital. Beyond finance, the technology is being explored for applications in gaming, cybersecurity, and robotics, though ethical concerns about predictive profiling remain.
