Acquisitions Reshape First Half 2026 Financial Results, Robo.ai Reports
aiinsider ·
Robo.ai reported sharply higher first-half 2026 financial results, with revenue rising to $55.1 million from $600,000 a year earlier. Nearly all of the increase came from QC Capital, which Robo.ai acquired on June 15 and contributed $54.4 million in revenue by June 30. The company also acquired Neurovia AI in May and disposed of its legacy Iconiq business, removing most of its old liabilities. Net income attributable to shareholders was $46.7 million, driven largely by discontinued operations, and shareholders' equity turned positive at $95.8 million. Cash stood at $2.1 million, down from $4 million at the end of 2025. CEO Benjamin Zhai said the company is focused on integrating the acquired businesses, localizing operations in the UAE, and clarifying its commercial model.
