Adecco Group announced on September 15 that it is rolling out Salesforce’s Agentforce Coworker to 27,000 employees in more than 40 countries, following a pilot in the UK and France. The assistant is integrated into Salesforce, runs on Anthropic’s Claude, and supports sales and recruitment activities involving clients and candidates. It provides staff with a single access point to data, systems and organisational knowledge previously spread across many tools. Sales teams can identify priority prospects and prepare briefs, while recruiters can enrich data, check lead status, select candidates and launch screening or onboarding agents. The system will also use context from more than 2.5 million agent-candidate interactions recorded since April 2025. Adecco has reported time savings from agentic AI in the UK, while CEO Denis Machuel said at Dreamforce that recruiters had saved 35% to 40% of their time; the latter figures were company-provided and not independently verified. The company has not specified when the wider rollout will be complete, and its September statement did not provide usage or productivity figures from the pilot.
