Applied Intuition, Humain Partner on Saudi Autonomous Trucking Network
aiinsider ·
Applied Intuition and Humain announced a strategic collaboration to build a national-scale physical AI framework in Saudi Arabia, starting with autonomous trucking. The partnership combines Humain's sovereign AI infrastructure, backed by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, with Applied Intuition's physical AI stack under a long-term commercial agreement. The first phase aims to deploy thousands of driverless trucks across major Saudi logistics corridors by 2030, with potential expansion into robotaxis, ports, mining, and other industries. Applied Intuition's Self-Driving System, Vehicle OS, and vehicle intelligence technologies will be central to the effort. The companies claim the project is intended to become the world's largest autonomous trucking network and the first major initiative under Humain's physical AI strategy. Applied Intuition has opened an office in Riyadh and is building a local technical team to support the project. Executives from both companies emphasized the potential to transform logistics economics and set a global benchmark for autonomous freight.
