Atombeam Announces $18.3M in Funding, Bringing Total Capital Raised to Over $55M
aiinsider ·
Atombeam, an AI technology company, has successfully closed a funding round of $18.3 million through a Regulation A+ offering on StartEngine. This latest investment brings the company's total capital raised to over $55 million, supported by a robust patent estate comprising 678 filings with 308 issued or allowed. The new funds are intended to accelerate the adoption of Neurpac, its commercially deployed software that compacts and encrypts machine data, typically reducing data volume by 50% to 90%. Additionally, Atombeam plans to introduce its Persistent Cognitive Machine (PCM) architecture for independent benchmarking in November, followed by customer pilots. PCM is designed as a continuous learning AI that avoids hallucination and requires significantly less power than traditional Large Language Models. CEO Charles Yeomans stated that this capital marks an inflection point for accelerating both product adoption and technological development. The company aims to address infrastructure challenges caused by growing AI workloads and connected device data using these two distinct platforms.
