AuxoAI has successfully raised $20.7 million in Series A funding to expand its forward-deployed AI model for enterprise clients. The round was led by NTTVC, with participation from strategic investors including George Still Jr., ServiceNow President Amit Zavery, and Giacomo Sonnino of Charlesbank Capital Partners. Founded in 2023, the Bay Area-based company embeds teams of strategists and engineers within Global 2000 enterprises to build production-grade AI systems. AuxoAI has already served over 40 clients across sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, and telecom using its proprietary workbench, Damia. The new capital will be used to scale global talent, deepen investment in AI-native delivery technology, and grow its partner ecosystem. Notably, AuxoAI was recently selected as a Google Gemini Enterprise AI Pureplay Partner. Co-founders Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh, and Kabir Singh stated that the funding supports their mission to integrate AI deeply into enterprise operations.
