Avante, an enterprise AI platform designed for benefits teams, has secured $30 million in Series A funding led by Frist Cressey Ventures. This investment brings the company's total capital to $40 million and will support its global expansion and further development of Ava Agents. These AI agents assist benefits professionals in evaluating vendors, comparing contracts against claims, and preparing for renewals while providing employees with personalized guidance. CEO Rohan D’Souza highlighted that the platform addresses outdated tools used by benefits teams managing significant corporate investments. The company reports rapid growth, with bookings increasing nearly fivefold year-over-year and a customer base exceeding 70 accounts, including Samsung Semiconductor and News Corp. Avante currently supports over 385,000 employees and family members, helping them navigate complex health care systems and benefit plans. Strategic partnerships with major advisors like Gallagher and OneDigital have also been established to enhance service delivery.
