BrightPlan Fuels Next Chapter of Growth with Series C Funding Led by ABS Capital Partners

BrightPlan, an AI-powered financial wellness platform, announced the first closing of its Series C funding round, led by growth equity firm ABS Capital Partners, with additional investors expected to join within 90 days. The company has achieved over 230% revenue growth in the past three years and currently serves more than 10 million employees across over 50 countries, with no enterprise customer churn. The funding will be used to support continued innovation in its AI-driven platform, expand enterprise distribution and partner networks, and deepen global advisory capabilities. Jennifer Krusius, a partner at ABS Capital, will join BrightPlan's board as part of the investment. BrightPlan is celebrating its 10th anniversary and was recently recognized on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list. The company's founder and CEO, Marthin De Beer, stated that the capital will help accelerate the vision of making AI-first financial wellness accessible to more employees worldwide.
