CADDi Secures $114M in Series D at $1.2B Valuation
aiinsider ·
CADDi, a manufacturing AI data platform company headquartered in Chicago and Tokyo, has raised $114 million in Series D funding at a $1.2 billion valuation. The round included new investors Moore Strategic Ventures, Coreline Ventures, HR Tech Fund LLC, Woven Capital, and Salesforce Ventures, along with existing backers Atomico, Globis Capital Partners, and JPS Growth Investment. Total funding now stands at $234 million. CEO Yushiro Kato frames the raise around closing the gap between AI’s rapid thinking and the slower pace of physical manufacturing by creating a shared semantic data layer for engineering, procurement, production, and quality. The funds will support proprietary AI development, platform expansion, North American operations, and talent acquisition. CADDi is also launching new products including CADDi Explorer and CADDi Agent, plus six domain-specific Workflow Products. It announced its next-generation Manufacturing AI Data Platform in Japan in August 2026 and is now making a full-scale U.S. market entry. Founded in 2017, CADDi serves manufacturers in more than 20 countries.
