aiinsider ·
Chinese collaborative robot manufacturer Fairino has completed its Series C+ and Series D funding rounds, bringing its total cumulative financing to nearly $150 million. The Series C+ round was led by Meituan Longzhu, while the subsequent Series D was led by Meituan, with participation from other investors and existing shareholders. This capital injection is designated to expand production capacity for core components, enhance research and development in industrial embodied intelligence, and accelerate large-scale robot deployments globally. Specifically, Fairino aims to advance its ART series of industrial-grade humanoid force-control arms and its AIRLab embodied AI tool platform. In parallel with its financial growth, the company signed a global strategic cooperation agreement with Schmalz at CIIF 2026 in Shanghai. This partnership integrates Schmalz’s intelligent gripping technology with Fairino’s collaborative robots to broaden automation applications across international markets. The collaboration builds on existing ties in Europe, North America, and South Korea, extending operations into China, Southeast Asia, and the United States.
