China’s Rokae Robotics Announces Delivery of its 10,000th Humanoid Force-Controlled Arm

Chinese robotics firm Rokae Robotics has announced the delivery of its 10,000th humanoid force-controlled arm, marking a significant milestone in its production capabilities. This specific unit was manufactured at the company's base in Shandong Province in September and is distinct from their industrial and collaborative robot lines. The achievement highlights that over 80 industrial partners have successfully integrated this hardware into their production applications. Founder and CEO Tuo Hua emphasized that the number reflects the trust placed in their consistent performance across hardware, algorithms, and manufacturing processes rather than just volume. A key deployment example includes Schaeffler’s lighthouse factory in Taicang, where five Helios wheeled humanoid robots equipped with AR Series arms handle parts, assembly, and inspection. The AR Series provides precise force control across seven joints per arm, enabling delicate interactions during tasks like assembly. Additionally, Rokae’s MAC controller allows for managing single-arm, dual-arm, or broader humanoid configurations with up to 20+ joints. Founded in 2014, the company now serves more than 1,000 enterprise customers across over 40 countries.
