Conversed.ai Secures Growth Funding to Expand AI Orchestration Platform Across Europe

Conversed.ai, an Amsterdam-based startup focused on enterprise AI orchestration and customer experience automation, has raised an undisclosed growth funding round from a consortium of Dutch technology investors. The company will use the capital to expand across European markets, grow its core engineering teams, and accelerate enterprise sales in heavily regulated industries. Led by founder Sander van der Kraan and newly appointed Managing Director Sagar Schoneveld, Conversed.ai is developing an AI Agent Optimization Studio that manages AI agent lifecycles and turns standalone chatbots into production-grade digital assistants. The platform integrates chat, voice, email, and ticketing channels and connects directly with legacy CRM, ERP, and electronic health record systems. To serve regulated sectors such as corporate finance, healthcare, and e-commerce, it relies on EU-hosted large language models, automatically pseudonymizes personal data, and offers prompt refinement, guardrail monitoring, and audit trails while maintaining ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 compliance. The company also added software entrepreneur Michiel Mol, along with Maarten Elshove and Walter Hueber, to its corporate advisory board.
