Corvus Robotics raised $20 million in new funding, led by Catalyst Investors with participation from existing investors and new investor Cibus Capital, bringing its total funding to $38 million. Co-founder and CTO Mohammed Kabir was named CEO, succeeding co-founder Jackie Wu, who stepped down for health reasons but remains on the board. Sidney Kullar of Catalyst Investors also joined the board. The company develops physical AI systems for warehouse inventory tracking, including autonomous Corvus One drones and the forklift-mounted Corvus Trident. It has deployed more than 300 devices across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and its fleet analyzes over one million inventory locations monthly. Corvus plans to use the funding to accelerate development and deployment of its systems in warehouses and distribution centers, with customers including Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Dermalogica, GNC, and MSI Surfaces.
