aiinsider ·
Cyera has secured a $400 million Series G extension from Goldman Sachs Alternatives to expand its platform for governing data and identity access. Valued at over $12 billion, the company aims to build a unified trust layer for the agentic enterprise, addressing security risks posed by autonomous AI agents. The funding will support Cyera’s AI Security roadmap and facilitate expansion into federal markets as well as EMEA and APAC regions. This investment follows Cyera's acquisition of Oasis Security, which integrates non-human identity management with its existing Agent Guardian and Endpoint tools. By combining data visibility with identity governance, Cyera provides enterprises with oversight of agent actions across cloud systems and endpoint devices. CEO Yotam Segev emphasized that global enterprises require confidence in AI agent capabilities before scaling their deployment. Irit Kahan of Goldman Sachs highlighted Cyera’s position to become a critical platform for securing AI as agent usage multiplies. Leading investors including Accel, Blackstone, and Sequoia continue to back Cyera’s mission to secure data for both humans and machines.
