European Mobility Leaders Build Safe Vehicles and Robotaxi Fleets on NVIDIA Hyperion

At GTC Berlin, NVIDIA announced that major European mobility leaders are adopting the Hyperion computing platform to develop safe autonomous vehicles and robotaxi fleets. Partners including Bolt with Lucid, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Einride are showcasing use cases for Level 3 and Level 4 autonomy on this modular architecture. Volvo Cars has also selected Hyperion alongside the NVIDIA Alpamayo Stack to enable safe automated driving in complex environments. To support these efforts, NVIDIA introduced Halos SAFE, a new safety framework that combines simulation and physical testing to generate traceable safety evidence. The company also unveiled updated software tools such as Alpamayo 2 Edge and new Cosmos 3 Nano model variants to accelerate AV development and validation. These technologies aim to help developers build, customize, and evaluate autonomous driving systems for diverse vehicles and operating conditions across Europe.
