Graph AI Announces $13.3M Series A to Scale the First AI-Native Operating System for Patient Safety
aiinsider ·
Graph AI has secured a $13.3 million Series A funding round to expand its Graph Safety platform, described as the first AI-native operating system for patient safety. The investment was led by Insight Partners, with continued participation from existing investor Bessemer Venture Partners. Founded in 2024 by CEO Raghav Parvataraju, the company aims to address operational inefficiencies and regulatory complexities within modern pharmacovigilance workflows. Its platform integrates artificial intelligence with deterministic controls, validation layers, and comprehensive audit trails to ensure compliance with regulations such as the FDA’s framework and the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. In live deployments, Graph Safety has demonstrated significant efficiency gains, reducing case processing times from over three hours to under ten minutes while lowering operating costs by up to 66%. Since its seed round in October 2025, the company has launched two modules, /intake and /nucleus, with a third module, /report, scheduled for release this September. The funding will support the scaling of these tools among pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers across North America and other global markets.
