Intellivisa Announces $3M Pre-Seed Round to Scale Agentic AI for International Travel Clearance
aiinsider ·
Intellivisa, a U.S.-based startup developing an AI-powered clearance engine for international travel, has secured $3 million in pre-seed funding. The investment round was led by Mu Ventures and Incisive Ventures, with additional participation from several other firms including United Airlines Ventures. This capital builds upon a previous angel round supported by notable industry figures. The company’s platform integrates into post-booking flows for airlines and travel agencies to determine specific itinerary requirements based on passports and destinations. A team of AI agents works in parallel to validate documents against real-time embassy rules, check for fraud, and submit visa applications directly to government systems. Intellivisa supports over 50 document types from 195 countries, achieving approval rates above 99% with most applications processed within minutes. CEO Sudeepa Singh stated that the funding will help expand the company's services beyond simple visa processing toward full-stack travel clearance. Gary Benerofe of Mu Ventures highlighted the company's potential to become critical infrastructure by applying agentic workflows to manual travel processes.
