Kidz AI Secures $1.9M to Expand Educational Robotics Platform
aiinsider ·
Kidz AI has secured $1.9 million through its previously announced $500 million senior secured convertible-note financing facility. The company said the amount is before placement-agent fees and other offering expenses. The funding will support manufacturing capacity and commercial deployment of KIDZBot, a physical AI platform designed to teach robotics, coding and AI concepts through hands-on applications. Kidz AI has also formed Classover Robix Inc., a subsidiary focused on embodied-AI hardware, robotics partnerships and institutional distribution. The company is developing related apps, curriculum and educator training, with Android versions operational and iOS versions in development, while engaging educational partners and multi-state high school networks about classroom deployments. Kidz AI was selected for a poster presentation at the 2026 AI in Education Conference in December, where it will discuss combining physical AI with hands-on learning.
