KONST, a Taiwan-based AI compute operator, has secured $30 million in Series B funding led by ADATA Technology to expand its infrastructure and accelerate its Token Factory strategy. The investment includes strategic participation from M Mobility, Pegatron Venture Capital, and other corporate groups from sectors like memory, storage, and electronics manufacturing. KONST plans to use these funds to scale up its AI data center buildout across Asia to meet growing enterprise demand for AI adoption. The company operates through three integrated layers: Konstra AI handles data center construction and operations, Glows.ai provides per-second-billed GPU cloud access, and Horizon AI manages governance via the (k) ATP Token platform. This structure aims to transform computing power from a one-time project expense into essential daily infrastructure for large enterprises. The (k) ATP Token platform offers a unified governance solution that allows organizations to control model access, allocate quotas, and maintain audit logs under a single key. Co-founder Ben Chang emphasized that the round reflects a shared vision among investors who are also on the demand side of enterprise AI. By combining hardware strengths with software governance, KONST seeks to deliver a complete, scalable AI compute value chain.
