Neura Robotics and NXAI have announced a partnership to develop an advanced memory system designed for cognitive robots. This collaboration combines Neura’s physical AI stack with NXAI’s xLSTM architecture to help machines maintain context across complex, multi-step tasks. The system aims to provide both working memory for immediate task tracking and episodic memory for leveraging past experiences. Built upon Neura’s Neuron AI foundation model, the solution allows robots to operate through continuous cycles of sensing, decision-making, and action rather than handling isolated requests. The integrated model will be available on the Neuraverse platform, where companies can fine-tune it using specific toolchains and test performance in Neura Gyms. Developers retain full control over their process knowledge and data while deploying trained models onto compatible robots. Both CEOs emphasized that this joint effort represents a significant European contribution to the global Physical AI sector.
