Nous Research has confirmed a $1.5 billion valuation following the closure of a $90 million Series B funding round. The investment was led by Robot Ventures and included participation from major backers such as Nvidia, Union Square Ventures, Samsung, and 1789 Capital. This latest financing brings the three-year-old startup's total capital raised to $158 million. Known for its open-source Hermes agent, which has been cloned over 24 million times, Nous is now expanding into the enterprise market. The company is launching 'Hermes for Businesses,' a service allowing companies to deploy customized AI agents that handle complex workflows while ensuring data privacy. By mid-September 2026, Nous had achieved approximately $36 million in annualized revenue and projects surpassing $100 million before the year ends.
