‘Now We Can Know Everything and Do Anything,’ Jensen Huang Says at Dreamforce

At Dreamforce, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang and Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff announced Koa, a new CRM reasoning model for Agentforce built on NVIDIA's Nemotron 3 Super. This proprietary model is post-trained on nearly three decades of Salesforce CRM intelligence and runs entirely within Salesforce’s infrastructure to ensure data privacy. Huang emphasized that AI serves as a global infrastructure layer, enabling organizations to "know everything and do anything" while asserting that safety and innovation are not mutually exclusive. He argued against the notion that AI threatens jobs, instead predicting that every enterprise will become an agentic AI company driven by productivity boosts. Rohan Kumar, Salesforce’s president of platform and engineering, confirmed that no customer data was used in training or inference, highlighting the security benefits of this approach. The model utilizes synthetic datasets across various industries and has demonstrated superior performance with fewer errors in CRM benchmarks compared to leading alternatives. Koa is currently powering internal employee agents in Slack and will begin customer pilots in October before reaching general availability in winter 2026.
