NVIDIA has expanded its open-source Agent Toolkit to help enterprises ground AI agents in proprietary company data. The update introduces the NVIDIA Agent Knowledge Foundation, which utilizes CUDA-X libraries and Auto-Ontology to translate raw data into business concepts without altering existing workflows. New open models, including the Kumo family and Nemotron Retriever, enable agents to find relevant information and make accurate predictions. Security and governance are addressed through OpenShell runtime boundaries and NemoClaw blueprints for specialized agent design. Major partners like Palantir, Databricks, and Snowflake are already deploying these tools to optimize supply chains and enhance predictive capabilities. Additionally, companies such as AWS, SAP, and Zoom are leveraging Nemotron Retriever to improve search relevance and reduce latency. This expansion aims to provide a complete stack for building trustworthy and effective enterprise agents from development to deployment.
