Nvidia has invested in Simplismart, a Bengaluru-based startup specializing in efficient AI inference software, as part of a $14 million Series B funding round. The investment was led by Dallas Venture Capital and included participation from Nvidia, Accel, Shastra VC, and Micromax, valuing the four-year-old company at approximately $100 million. Simplismart’s platform optimizes AI model performance by automatically adjusting response speed, request capacity, and compute consumption to match specific customer needs. Notable clients such as InVideo have reported significant reductions in GPU serving costs after adopting the technology. Co-founder and CEO Amritanshu Jain emphasized that the company focuses on balancing performance and cost rather than simply offering the fastest or cheapest solutions. The startup has seen its annualized revenue run rate grow fourteen-fold in six months, reaching eight figures with more than half of the revenue coming from the United States. Founded in 2022 by Amritanshu Jain and Devansh Ghatak, Simplismart plans to use the new capital to expand its presence in the U.S. market and further develop its software offerings.
