NVIDIA Open Models Advance Europe’s Sovereign Intelligence Across Industries
nvidia ·
NVIDIA is expanding its portfolio of open models to support Europe’s sovereign intelligence initiatives across various industries. The announcement includes new Nemotron 3.5 language and vision models, Kumo for structured business data, and Cosmos for robotics simulation. These tools enable developers to customize applications using local data while deploying on controlled infrastructure. Major European partners such as Dassault Systèmes, SAP, and Porsche are already leveraging these models for domain-specific agents and training datasets. In the scientific sector, BioNeMo RFD4-Proteina accelerates protein design, while Ising aids quantum computing development through hardware calibration and error correction. Most models are available via Hugging Face, GitHub, and NVIDIA NIM microservices, with specific release dates noted for certain variants. This expansion aims to lower costs and complexity for enterprises building tailored AI solutions in Europe.
