Omnichat has secured a US$10 million Series A funding round led by Openspace Capital, with additional participation from Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures. The company plans to utilize this capital to scale its agentic AI platform, deepen research and development efforts, and accelerate global expansion beyond the Asia Pacific region. Omnichat’s Omni AI Agents automate marketing, sales, and customer service tasks within popular chat applications such as WhatsApp, LINE, and WeChat. These agents unify interactions on a single customer profile and attribute revenue back to specific conversations, including in-store purchases. Since launching in 2026, the platform has helped over 5,000 clients, including major brands like Dyson and FILA, generate more than US$100 million in revenue. Founder and CEO Alan Chan described the investment as a pivotal shift from conversational commerce to AI-driven commerce. The rapid adoption of tools like OmniClaw, which gained 300 brand users within two months, highlights the growing demand for autonomous digital workforces.
