Pathos AI, a New York-based clinical-stage company, has closed a $237 million Series E financing round at a post-money valuation of approximately $3 billion. The investment was led by Bristol Myers Squibb with participation from existing investors. Pathos utilizes its proprietary AI platform, Foundry, which employs thousands of specialized agents to synthesize real-time clinical and genomic data for drug development decisions. This technology has enabled the company to expand its oncology pipeline to four active clinical assets. The raised capital will be used to scale the Foundry platform and advance key programs, including JSKN016 toward registrational studies. Additional focus areas include advancing pocenbrodib, AZD4241 partnered with AstraZeneca, and DO-2. CEO Iker Huerga stated that the funding supports their goal of systematically improving the probability of success in drug development.
