Reco Announces $55M in Funding to Tackle AI Agent Sprawl Across Enterprises
aiinsider ·
AI security startup Reco has secured $55 million in new funding, bringing its total capital raised to $140 million. This latest round extends a previous $30 million Series B and includes participation from AT&T’s venture arm, Forestay, and Quadrille Capital. The investment follows a significant valuation increase, with the company now valued in the high hundreds of millions and generating double-digit millions in annual recurring revenue. Reco is addressing the growing challenge of AI agent sprawl by mapping connections between agents, applications, and permissions through its context graph technology. The platform helps enterprises identify and manage thousands of unknown agents, such as the 21,000 discovered at one Fortune 100 client. With over 100 customers, primarily in financial services, Reco integrates with more than 280 apps to detect agents via browser and network signals. The company plans to use the new funds to expand its hiring, sales efforts, partnerships, and customer support capabilities.
