SiMa.ai has successfully raised $150 million in Series C funding, achieving a corporate valuation of $1.45 billion. This latest investment round brings the company's total capital raised to $500 million as it seeks to expand its physical AI platform for humanoids, automotive systems, and drones. Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify co-led the oversubscribed financing, which also included participation from existing investors like Alter Venture Partners and Dell Technologies Capital. New backers joining the round include AllianceBernstein, Baron Capital, J.P. Morgan, and the State of Michigan. The funds will primarily support the scaling of SiMa.ai’s Palette Neat software environment and the development of next-generation hardware scheduled for release in the first half of 2028. These upcoming products are expected to deliver up to 1,000 dense TOPS of compute power using advanced chiplets and systems-on-chip. CEO Krishna Rangasayee highlighted that physical AI represents a massive untapped market, positioning SiMa.ai to secure a dominant lead through its purpose-built platform. Additionally, the company reported that its revenue quadrupled between 2024 and 2025, with continued growth observed into 2026.
