New York-based AI platform Stuut has secured a $52.5 million Series B funding round led by Insight Partners, with additional participation from Andreessen Horowitz, M12, Microsoft’s Venture Fund, and Activant. This investment brings the company's total funding to $93 million, just ten months after its initial Series A. Founded by Tarek Alaruri and Ben Winter, Stuut utilizes artificial intelligence to automate complex order-to-cash processes such as collections, cash application, and dispute resolution for large enterprises. The platform currently handles over 81% of outbound collections without human intervention and automatically matches 95% of incoming payments. More than 150 clients, including Honeywell and ZoomInfo, have used the service, which has processed over $3 billion in transactions. Julian Marcu of Insight Partners highlighted the company's impressive quarter-over-quarter growth exceeding 90%. The new capital will be used to meet rising demand and expand into credit, lending, and funds movement.
