Suno launches v6 music models built with Warner, BMG, and Believe

Suno has launched its new v6 music model generation in three versions, built with partners Warner Music Group, BMG, and Believe, and it replaces all previous models on the platform. The flagship v6 and an experimental v6-wild are available to paying subscribers, while a free v6-mini is offered to all users. The multimodal models generate songs from text, audio, images, or video, and can edit specific parts of existing tracks through text commands or combine elements from multiple sources. Suno continues to keep its training data details secret, citing legal strategy, and has introduced safeguards such as removing artist names from metadata and checking uploaded content. The partnerships follow Suno's settlement with Warner Music, while Universal and Sony are still pursuing their copyright lawsuits against the company. Suno is also planning artist-specific offerings and will distribute partner-model songs through Believe and TuneCore, reporting over 100 million users and two million paying subscribers.
